The domestic markets are trading lower on Monday from the start, in line with the global markets, as concern continued over the rapid spread of Covid and its economic impact amidst the global lockdown.
At 11.25-hrs, the Sensex scaled lower at 29224-level, down by 590-pts while the Nifty-fifty index stood at 8497, down 163-points.
Broader indices also stood slower with the Nifty Small&MidCap indices over 3-pc each. Majority the sectoral indices scaled lower over 2-4 percent lower. The Nifty Auto, Financial Service, and Realty were seen increased selling, whereas the Nifty Pharma, FMCG, and IT traded something positively.
