Domestic benchmark indices hit by sell-off on Thursday too with the Nifty falling 8,000-level.
The Sensex plunged 1,687-pts to 27,182, tracking a fall in global stocks after the COVID-19 outbreak. The Nifty floated at 7973-level, down by 495-pts at 10.45-am.
