Nine Companies stocks to stop by the NSE, BSE in trading

National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange will suspend trading in shares of 9 companies, which includes Gitanjali Gems, from 10 Sept 2018, for not complying with listing norms with regard to submission of financial results.

Companies whose stocks will be suspended for trading by NSE and BSE include Gitanjali Gems, Amtek Auto, Easun Reyrolle and Panoramic Universal.

The NSE in its circular said, if the companies fail to comply with the provisions of Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements Regulations on or before 5th Sept, then trading in their equity shares will be suspended from 10-Sept and the suspension will go on till the time they comply with the regulations..

Apart from NSE, the BSE will suspend Indo Pacific Projects, Thambbi Modern Spinning Mills, Noble Polymers, Haryana Financial Corporation and Samruddhi Realty.
